Lambda Chi Omega History
The fraternity known as “Lambda Chi Omega” was established in the fall of 2003. In April 2007 Lambda Chi Omega became a national fraternity. At the base of its erection there were seven founding fathers to call upon. (Actually 9 but we only count 7) The first was Derrick Sarver, also known as “Sarvass” because of his obvious smart ass attitude. Sarver was the single force behind creating the fraternity. After pleading with Kevin Pruitt to start the fraternity, it was then set in motion and we became who we are today. The father of the fraternity was then as it is now, Kevin Pruitt also known as “Capt’n Cavenman” mainly because he has never came out of the dark ages, and would seem happier living in a cave with a dirty bitch or sheep to do his bidding. The next father on the list is Fairley White, known more recently as “Capt’n Nemo”, having always wanted to be in charge of a legendary ship crew. Burt Clark was the most outstanding father, but not in the way you would think. The term ’OUTSTANDING’ basically meant he stood out more than the rest. He was what they called the pussy repellant. Sarver has told many stories of trips they have all taken with Burt and each of them ends with a woman slapping Burt in the face from a five minute talk with him. But rather than the obvious nickname,“Captain Cockblock”, Burt will be remembered as "John J. Rambo", because since graduation, he joined the army and will have a successful career climbing the ranks to possibly general someday. Jeremy Allen Smith was our most remembered father, for he is our only fallen brother. His spirit of high intensity will forever live in our hearts. Being both Catholic and Jewish graced him with the name of “Chew”. Rob Surface was the softy of the bunch. A push-over some might call it. So it wasn’t long before he grew his name, but now more recently he is known as “Powder-puff”. The last of our seven founding fathers is Brandon Huffman, who will forever be known as “Chewbacca”. The Pledge Classes of Lambda Chi Omega: The Beta class has 3 that crossed over to become brothers. They were Aaron White “Mighty Mouse”, Chris Belcher “Arsch aus Stein”, and Dwayne Kimbleton “Romeo” The Gamma class has 3 that crossed over to become brothers. They were Brad Curtis “Babyface”, Jamie Hurt “Spank” and Bill Johnson “Mountain Man” The Delta class has 2 that crossed over to become brothers. They were Josh Bish “Sarge” and Sean Wilson “Cue” The Epsilon class has 2 that crossed over to become brothers. They were Matt Grose “Silent Bob” and Josh Sizemore "Cowboy" The Zeta class had 1 that crossed over to become brothers. He was Larry Zande "Larry the Cable Guy" The Eta class has 3 that crossed over to become brothers. They were Jonathan Murray "Cornbread", Montoya Kemp "Smokey tha Bear" and Nick Mosko "Sir Cochise" The Theta class has 3, Ron Goodman "Blue", Mike PerHealth "Gator" and Fahad Yeesr "G.Q." The Iota class has 4, Kevin Morris "Papa Smurf", Mike Bowling "Ice Man", Craig Cardwell "O.C." and Wayne Hebb "Clooney" The Kappa class has 3, John Williams "Doc", Josh Curtis "Pudge" and our honorary Roger Farmer "Slap Happy" The Lambda class has 8, Randy Taylor "Fullmetal", Clarence Williams "Shaft", Anthony Cooper "BoJangles", Cory Evans "Jughead", Andrew Maynor "G.O.A.T", James Thomas "JT", David Parker "The Tank" and Keith Garretson "Big T" to be continued.......... |
